    How can I create an account?

    You can create a new account by clicking here or on the account icon which is located in the upper right corner of the homepage. A new page will open, click on REGISTER NOW and fill out the form. 


    To create an account, you must provide the following information: name, last name, email address, mobile number and create a password. You can change your personal information at any time, this information is confidential and will not be sent to third parties. 

    How can I change my password?

    To change your password, you must be logged in. Go to MY ACCOUNT and click on the dedicated link to change your password. Fill out the form and click SAVE.

    How can I find the product that I want?

    Once you visit our online platform you can browse either through product categories.

    How do I order?

    By browsing the online store, selecting any products you want to order and complete all steps needed.

    What delivery methods do we use?

    Once you order from our platform you would be asked to select how you would like your order to be delivered. We do have the following ways:


    • Pick Up from Courier store/branch.
    • Door to door delivery through courier at the address you indicate during ordering, either at home or at your workplace.
    When will my order be delivered

    Available items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business day (Monday-Saturday) according the delivery system selected (i.e. Courier Pick up or door to door delivery) following the order’s completion.

    What will happen if I have a missing or incorrect products in the order?

    If you received an incomplete or incorrect order, then you should contact us at 94 040 984 or through an email at the following address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    What will happen if the order has arrived in poor condition?

    We guarantee that all our items are verified by our quality control department before they are delivered. If you happen to receive a product in poor condition, we ask you to contact us at 94 040 984 or through an email at the following address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


    Please note that items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper use or by accident, are not considered defective items.


    All defects should be communicated to us within 24 hours of receipt to the email address

    What will happen if I receive an order which I did not order?

    In this case you should contact us at 94 040 984 or through an email at the following address and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    What should I do if I don’t receive my order or if there are items missing from my order?

    In case the package does not arrive or there are items missing, you must keep the packaging so that we can establish what transpired.


    Any dispute regarding damages, missing items, or delivery to the wrong address must be communicated to Aloha Cyprus within a maximum of 3 working days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

    How much does delivery cost?

    The price of our service depends on the total product weight within your order and whether it is ACS pick up or door to door delivery.


    Once you select your products and proceed with check out and select delivery method, than you will see the total delivery cost.

    How can I return a product or my entire order?

    Any return of product can be done within 10 working days of the date of receipt, as long as the item is still being in its original condition (undamaged, intact and unopened).


    In case the return is not made within 10 working days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, has the right not to accept back the products and not to proceed with their replacement.


    The delivery fee of the return product will be covered by you, as long as the products are not defective, while your refund is made to the same means of payment with which you completed the order. In the cases of cash on delivery and bank deposit, you must tell provide us by phone or via email the account to which you want your money to be refunded.


    For each return, do not forget to inform the company of your intention (within the aforementioned 10 working day period) as well as to keep the receipt to certify your purchase.

    How will I get my refund?

    Once your return has been received by Aloha Cyprus warehouse, and the items have been verified, a team member from Aloha Cyprus will be contacting you regarding the procedure which need to be taken care of.

    It may take up to 10 days for the refund to be visible on your account, due to bank processing time.

    How can I modify, amend or cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified. 


    If you wish to modify or cancel the order you will need to contact our Support Team at 94 040 984, or send us an email at and we will advise on how we can proceed with your request.

    What happens when one of the items I ordered is out of stock?

    When one of the items you have orders is out of stock, then the Aloha Cyprus support team will be contacting you, either through phone or email to inform you.
